The "path" appeared on the official norwegian maps some time ago as unmarked trail and is probably not used very often as a shortcut, maybe more later in the season when there is less water in the river further on - and then you do not leave that much of a track.

From this description it seems that this path is taken as long as the river is fordable.
I've added trail_visibility=horrible and corrected the path somewhat after some strava traces I found.
Since this path is part of an "official" route, I suggest we keep it.
