Number of ways to go about it...

not sure that sidewalks should have names on them https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/846200669 perhaps at a minimum name should be a note - a lot more sidewalks attached to the empire trail have had names added to them too, its not just this one.

road is closed to public access sunrise to sunset which should be added here: see conditional access time section https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:access, and road also allows pedestrian, bike, cross-country skiing, and snow-shoeing access which could be added as well. road is not plowed during winter so additional tag for winter service should be added: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:winter_service.
