highway=unclassified for that road is dubious see for example "The least most important through roads in a country's system – i.e. minor roads of a lower classification than tertiary, but which serve a purpose other than access to properties." at http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:highway

It seems that it is access road to vineyards, maybe also forest and it should be highway=track.
