I walked this earlier today. The section of this paved space between 9th and 10th is not an alley; it is a paved bike/ped path.

Moved Sumner Row slightly north because it aligns with Desales upon intersecting with 17th St.

This area is under construction - the parking lot and streets no longer exist. Once the construction is finished, the new church and any other new facilities should be added. Right now, nothing is here.
