Somewhere at the border near Kenethao. one must change from drive-on-left to drive-on-right. Way 377851369 seems to be made for that purpose. But somehow my impression is that the direction of this oneway road should be the other way round (also the corresponding counterpart): driving from Thailand over the bridge, we are on the left side. Now this winding oneway turns right, crosses the straight way in opposite direction, and joins the common road from the left, i.e. from a Lao point of view on the "wrong" side. Can you remember the situation there?

I have checked my GPS tracks, and the two times crossing in here, it was ENTERING Laos. Both traces indicate I did not use the winding section to change, which would support your comment about it being reversed (and incorrect).
Would you like to change, or shall I ?

Thanks for your info. I've just changed it, and also added driving_side=left/right tags between the border control points.
