Hi sergeydolya, I noticed you were adding a lot of helpful information to roads in Namibia about overall condition. Some of the roads you updated were upgraded from unclassified or service to secondary and primary. Could you explain your reasoning for this? Generally those classifications are used for roads that function as more major routes in a country or routes that are leading from one destination to another. Some guidelines for highway classifications can be found at Highway Tag Africa.
Also, remember that you don't have to fill out every single tag. For example, you should only fill out things like horse= and bicycle= if it's the law that those things aren't allowed on that specific road.

Hi Andrew,
I am going to Namibia to these places at least once a year and I've noticed, that many roads marked as service or unclassified, but in reality they are major routes from one destination to another. I was following "Highway Tag Africa" guidelines where it says: "A road typology should be based on the road importance and not on the surface or the visual appearance of a road."
I have upgraded many roads in national parks Etosha and Okonjima because they function and primary or secondary roads within these areas.
At the moment you can not see them on your device, unless you really zoom in, but these roads are used to get around there. They are definitely not a service roads. Some of them are major roads to drive through the park and some are additional, but almost of the same importance.
Regarding Okonjima park. Most of the roads now are marked the same way, but the have really different importance. So, when you are planning your route now, you can not decide which road to take, because on the map they look the same, but most of them are restricted for public ant used to get around only by the rangers.
So i've marked the roads as primary or secondary which are used to get from one place to another final destination.

Hi Sergey, thanks for the response, and that's great you are visiting these places. I think however Highway Tag Africa is usually referring to major towns and things, not the major road in an area. Here are a few examples. https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/666544811 is tertiary, but tertiary is "Major transportation routes connecting towns and larger villages." In this case it only goes to a parking lot so maybe should be unclassified or even service. https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/28157312 goes to a picnic site and https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/26338796 goes to a watering hole, and both are tagged secondary, which is supposed to be "Major transportation routes connecting cities and large towns." I think again unclassified or service is more appropriate. And https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/31256703 is a residential road that is tagged as secondary but should be residential, which is "In urban areas or rural villages, roads which serve as an access to housing, without function of connecting settlements. Often lined with housing." Let me know what you think.

Hi Andrew,
I gave it a second thought and I want to agree that I've got little overexcited. I downgraded most of the roads. Please check if I forgot anything
