Hi,
Welcome to OSM.Some problems with relation 741640374.
As a guide .. one OSM element is best when it is one real thing, not a bridge + a building + a station.
A multiploygon relation outer ways should not touch nor share segments.
A bridge usually goes over the top of things, in OSM the layer=* tag is used to indicate what is over or under the 'normal' layer.
---------------
Use the OSM wiki to get details ..
e.g. https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:railway%3Dstation
So the easiest thing to do is use a node rather than try to define an area. However this has already been done so your entry is a duplicate of it.The 'building' is probably the south western section of the relation - so tag that way as the building - 2 story? The 'bridge' the north easter section, bridge=yes, layer=1?

Thanks, Warin61, I was beyond my depth trying to represent the new station at Bayswater. I'll try to fix it on the weekend. The station entrance is now at the NW, the walkway goes over the cyclepath and one of the rail tracks, then you can go down stairs, a ramp or an elevator to the platform. The node was where people previously entered the station from an underpass & doesn't represent the present access to the platforms.

You go up steps or a ramp to get to the station entrance, so no the station building isn't strictly 2 storey on the western side, even though it goes over the cycle path & track.

OK,
So the building is elevated .. tag it layer=1, this way it goes 'over' other things on the 'ground' (which is the default of layer=0).
I have made a few changes... layer=1 to a few things, added entrance=yes. You will need to add
'exit' to the platforms.
lifts (highway=elevator in OSM)
the stair that goes nowhere should have a corridor from it.
The phone .. is that at layer=1?And probably many other details ..
Oh .. the Maxar Preimum Imagery looks to be up to date?
Hope that helps.
