To quote the wiki "A confectionery shop is a store which sells sugary food such as sweets, candies, cakes, croissants, etc." This store does not fit that description as it only sells baking supplies. Maybe shop=houseware or shop=craft would be better?
Hrm, I'm torn between shop=confectionery and shop=houseware. shop=craft doesn't seem right to me, since it's not usually related to food. They do actually sell candy and chocolate according to http://eatonscakeandcandy.com/, as well as supplies like fondant and fillings which I'd also call confectionery. They also sell equipment, which would lean more to shop=houseware.
