The OSM tag for a standard residential house is building=house and would also apply, along the tourism=guest_house to a house used as an AirBnB.
I don't see anything like this in Organic Maps "add a place to the map" feature, which looks very limited in functionality.
I've expanded the house you added to a footprint area with some additional address tags and added the one across the street with just a building=house. These tags can also be applied to nodes to mark the location of a house without its shape.
