Resolved note #4106604
Description
Please do not mark this stretch as a road, it is misleading. There is no road in existence here. It is just a cancelled construction site!
It is just a cancelled / 'illegal' road project that has been stopped by Govt Order more than 2 years ago, and leads to nowhere. The surface is uneven and crumbling and not safe for anyone to drive on.
Kindly remove the road marking from maps, so that people are not misled.
Here are the news references about the cancellation of the illegal road work:

Thank you for the comments. OSM as a rule tends to show what is on the ground, hence the road should be shown, regardless of its legality. It was marked as highway=construction, which all routers already ignore, so there was no issue with showing it. I will be re inserting the road, with the same construction tags, and also a note linking to the article showing its illegal status.
