I updated a buildings status as it is now a ruin.

Due to the history of the area of St. Matthews, the actual center of St. Matthews is not apart of the St. Matthews municipality. I have edited the point for the center of St. Matthews in hopes that it will heighten the importance of the label on the map.

corrected a segment I missed in previous edits.

I tried to fix as much of this one road as i could, which was miscategorizied, as a higher level than what it is, from personal experience.
