I added the block numbers of Mannheim to the map as neighborhoods so they will actually show up and people can see them. This will make navigation for pedestrians and cyclists a lot easier as you can now use block numbers as you would street names.

Completed one of the pathways in Parc du Coullemont. Also moved some of the nearby points to be more accurate.
