Revert Änderungssatz 25997203 wegen fehlender Diskussion des mechanischen Edits. Dabei auch priority=* entfernt. Wenn der Revert wieder operator="DB" zutage gefördert hat, habe ich das durch "DB Netz AG" ersetzt.
